If you are in Morro Bay, you have to go check out the Morro Rock. It has been said that the Morro Rock is the second largest natural rock in the world, next to the Rock of Gibraltar. You can take some nice photos there and walk along the peaceful, unpopulated beach.

This is a place where you can learn about all the wildlife that inhabit the bay. It's not rare to see a snowy egret hanging around as well as sea otters and seals swimming around the bay.

This is a neat place to take the family to learn about the history of Morro Bay's natural habitat. Also, there is an awesome view of the coastline and Morro Rock from the balcony at the back of the museum.
